Maximize the RAM usage in Windows 7 32bit Operating System.

If you are using Windows 7 32-bit Operating if you notice the usage of RAM in your Computer
was More or Less 3gig but if you have 8gb RAM.

RAM ( Random Access Memory) - Random Access Memory (RAM) is the "working memory" in a computer. Additional RAM allows a computer to work with more information at the same time which can have a dramatic effect on total system performance.

So if you have 8gb RAM but the the Operating system you use can only read more or less 3gb
the 4gb left is no more function the best way to make your RAM Usage Maximize is to follow
this step.

NOTE:

32-bit (x86) Windows 7 Maximium RAM Limit
  • All editions: 4GB
64-bit (x64) Windows 7 Maximium RAM Limit per Edition
  • Home Basic: 8GB
  • Home Premium: 16GB
  • Professional: 192GB
  • Enterprise: 192GB
  • Ultimate: 192GB

STEP:

1. Open the start Menu, then type msconfig and press enter.

2. If prompted by UAC, then click on YES.

3. Under the boot tab in the System Configuration, Click on the Advanced Options button.

4. To have Windows 7 Use all Installed Memory.
    Note:
          If the box is not checked, then it does not matter what the selected number is since Windows 7 will use all available RAM by default and ignore whatever value is in the box underneath.

5. To have Windows 7 Use a Specified Maximum Amount of Memory
Note:
     Only when the box is checked, can you specify how much installed RAM you want to allow Windows 7 to be able to use in the drop down box.

6. Check the Make all boot settings permanent box, and click on OK.

7. Click on Yes.

8. Click on Restart button.

When the system is finish restarting, it will now using the maximum amount of Memory that you specified.
Look:
   Task Manager (CTRL + ALT + Delete) > Performance TAB.
